"My wife and I just spent 3 wonderful nights at your hotel. The location is close to everything that we wanted to see ,or the transportation to get us there. The room was excellent and the staff went well beyond expectations. In particular Scott and Stephanie went out of their way several times to make sure that we understood the directions they were giving to us and advice on items of interest. Our vacation was enhanced greatly because of your staff and the accomodations at your hotel. What a WONDERFUL hotel- and each staff member we met was so friendly and accommodating.
I feel so lucky to have stayed at the Charlesmark. I know the chances of staying with you again during the marathon are probably as likely as meeting the new qualifying requirements!
(Well, secretly, I am hoping I might have a shot in 5 years when I'm in a new age group!)
After all, I need to run it again when I'm not injured and do better than I did in this race!

"I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know how much I enjoyed my stay at the Charlesmark where I stayed the nights of May 11th and 12th. The service was exceptional and the staff were wonderful.
I had to book my stay very last minute and thus did not know what to expect. But upon arrival, I found the staff welcoming and a great room. I loved the modern design and the feel of the hotel. I was also surprised that though I was right next to the bar, the noise outside was not so loud. I was incredibly appreciative that your internet was complimentary. The bar and restaurant were surprisingly unique (though could be slightly more affordable). I could not partake in the continental breakfast as I am unable to eat gluten, but no matter. The amenities and service were superb. Your kind concierge even brought me ice so I did not have to go to the ice machine in my pajamas.
Unfortunately, I was moved to Boston Park Plaza for the remainder of my stay in Boston until the morning of the 16th. I very much regretted my stay there, but since it was purchased by someone else, I had no choice. They in no way compare to the Charlesmark.
Thank you again for your exceptional hospitality. I do hope to return to Boston and to stay at the Charlesmark again. I will certainly recommend you to others.

could not have been more delighted -- the hotel is charming, the
location is fabulous, but the truly amazing part of it all was the
unending assistance and just general coolness of your staff --
particularly Laura and Scott. Laura went out of her way for us with
our dry cleaning disaster, dinner reservations, and general advice for
everything from oysters to massages. She really seemed to 'get' who we
were and made all her recommendations based on what we would truly
enjoy as opposed to a standard set of recommendations for all guests.
this kind of personalized attention was so wonderful, and really made
our stay great.
